pboh.io is a private site with invitation-governed access. Its services collect only what they need to work. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared for advertising, and there are no analytics or tracking scripts.
Signing in
When you sign in, Google tells Cloudflare your name, email address and profile picture. Cloudflare compares the email address with the list of invited people and lets you through only if it's on the list. Nothing else from your Google account is requested. Cloudflare records each sign-in (your email address, the time, your IP address and which service you opened), and the site's operator can see that record.
Cloudflare in the middle
All traffic to these services passes through Cloudflare, which decrypts and re-encrypts it on the way. In principle that lets Cloudflare see what you send, including anything you type into a service. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers what it does with that.
What the services keep
Each service keeps what it needs to do its job, on a privately run server and in its backups. Typically that is your account name and password, what you post and a record of your activity. Some services keep what members post permanently as shared history, including in private archives; each says so when you join.
Leaving
On request, your access is removed and your account deleted. Where a service keeps posts as shared history, what you posted there stays. Particular posts can be taken down on request.
Questions
Members can raise questions through the person who invited them.
